Stefan Moses served as the California Library Association’s (CLA) Executive Director from 1969 to 1986.
Prior to his work with CLA, Stefan worked at the New York Public State Library as a consultant and was responsible for enhancing library programs throughout the state. He organized the first workshops for library trustees.
Stefan received his Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley; Master of Library Science from Columbia University; Master in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
Stefan was the 2012 recipient of the California Library Association’s President’s Award.
